Day 3
A chance to do a bit of sightseeing in historic Innsbruck for half a day. In the afternoon, a ride into the fabulous Stubai Valley.

Day 4
Time to explore European roads. A visit to Crazy King Ludwig's castle in Neuschwanstein, or a visit to Oberammagau is in the offing.

Day 5
We hit the road for western Austria to the fabulous ski town of St. Anton. Our hotel is only 400 years old, but offers charm and comfort. A short afternoon ride to the famous Arlberg Pass, or a walk around town is our suggestion.

Day 6
This day offers us the opportunity to explore the Arlberg. Silvaretta beckons where we ride above the tree line. We're back in time to take a swim or go into the sauna.

Day 7
We're on the road again, and now into italy to the famous South Tyrolean city of Merano in the foothills of the Dolomites. Our hotel, an historic castle, is surrounded by orchards and vineyards, and the evening meal is a gourmet's delight.

Day 8
A morning tour on foot of the old city with lunch in a fabulous pizza shop. After lunch, back to the bikes and an exciting ride up to Merano 2000 to drink in the sights.

Day 9
We're headed for the high Dolomites and a chance to go over the famous Passo Giovo on our way to Ortesei in the Val Gardena. Our hotel is again moderately new, built in 1543, but with all the amenities of modern times.

Day 10
The Val Gardena is probably the best riding in all the Alps where you will see scores of European bikers. We can visit famous Cortina d'Ampezzo and go over three passes to get there. We arrive back at our hotel in plenty of time for dinner and a well deserved rest.

Day 11
Our plan is to make a great big circle and have a chance to go over a couple of more interesting passes. These are roads that are unrivaled by anything here in the States. Again, back in time to check out the town and the local cafes. This is the center of the wood carving industry in Italy.

Day 12
We ride back into Austria to the renowned Dachstein Tauren area, the home of the Special Olympics hosted by Arnold Schwarzennegger. Schladming is a lovely town just to walk around in.

Day 13
Today, we have a chance to take a ride up to the Radstadter Taurem and visit a town nestled in the mountains above the tree line. Here the cows have the "right of way" on our road over the mountain.

Day 14
And on to Slvenia where we know your visit will be indelibly etched into your memory bank. The lake town of Bled and our Old World hotel will be one of the many highlights of our tour. We arrive in plenty of time to explore the town and the evening even offers the opportunity to visit their casino.

Day 15
Today, we have the opportunity to visit the world renowned Lippanzaner stud farm right on the border with Italy. After a tour of the facilities, we arrive back in Bled for another evening of fine food, great service, and the possibility of winning the cost of the trip at the Casino.

Day 16
This lake region is unspoiled in natural beauties. The Sava River offers some of the best trout fishing in all of Europe. A visit to the nearby ski area of Mt. Vogel is a heartening experience, and if you are like most visitors to this area, you will long to return again and again.

Day 17
Back to Austria and the chance to put our bikes on a train for a ride under some of the high mountains of Carinthia, one of the most beautiful of all the provinces of Austria. Over the Gerlos Pass to the town of Gerlos, just a wide spot in the road, but with the promise of a pleasant evening.

Day 18
This is our shortest ride of the entire tour on our way to Zell am Ziller, another historic town in the Zell Valley. Just a few miles from our delightful hotel is the resort of Mayrhofen that awaits our visit. We can get there on the train that is near our hotel, or even a walk for the hearty folks on our tour.

Day 19
This day of leisure beckons for a ride to the Achensee, one of the most picturesque areas of Germany's Bavaria. Winding roads and small villages makes for a memorable ride with time enough to return for the afternoon "High Tea" offered at our delightful hotel.

Day 20
Today, we ride to the Munich Airport to prepare the bikes for the return trip. After this, we take the train into the heart of Munich to attend the world renowned Oktoberfest. This is our last evening in Europe.

Day 21
Our van will carry us to the airport for the return trip to the good old US of A.
